If you want a bad experience and want to be in a bad mood, go here! 😄 TERRIBLE!!!! For starters, the entrance, whoever designed it, HORRIBLE! The entrance seems like where you pick up go to orders. Right next to the food heat lamp. 2nd, no one acknowledged we were there for a good 10 minutes. Even the people who came in after us were not acknowledged. 3rd while waiting the guy training the new guy was being a total jerk (really gave Richie vibes from the show The Bear) because he said drizzle the strawberries and the new guy drizzled (it looked like a drizzle to me) but apparently not to his liking. Slightly raised his voice at him and snatched the pancakes from him. 4th, we were seated. Unfortunately, the same jerk is our waiter. We ordered 2 waters and 1 coffee. We only got 1 water and 1 coffee. We were ready to order, and he stopped us and said he'd be right back. Proceeded to turn to the table behind us, takes their order and leaves. 2 guys came in after us, had a waitress and they got their drinks and their order taken wayyyy before we even got the chance to see him again. Finally comes back takes our order. Completely messes it up. I ordered Nashville hot chicken and waffles and asked if possible can you make 2 regular and 2 hot (assuming they just toss them in sauce). He says I'll ask, cool. He asks what sauce and I say ranch. He asks the new guy did we run out of ranch and the newbie says uhh idk I can go check and this jerk says ugh forget it!! Then tells me if we don't have it what else do you want so I said no sauce. My friend orders some breakfast crepes and 1 single plain pancake. The jerk comes back and tells me they can't do the 2 plain tenders and 2 hot so I told him just do the plain ones then because I didn't want to get the hot and not like them. Food comes out, brings me the hot tenders so I tell him hey I'm sorry, these were supposed to be plain. He gets annoyed and leaves to get it fixed. They completely had to redo them while my friend ate her food alone because her food was getting cold. Didn't even ask her if she wanted hot sauce so we had to borrow one from the guys next to us because who knows when the jerk was gonna come back. Then when wanting to pay they didn't give us the bill, they gave us the total which was nearly $40 and I'm like mmmhhh no that's too high. Can you make sure you remove the pancake that we never received and also change the hot chicken and waffles to plain cz it's like$2-3 cheaper. He says uhhhh one moment. Left. Comes back with the iPad and gives us the new total and I'm like can i have the physical bill. He got annoyed again, brought it and then we paid. Stood there watching us while we paid and didn't leave us until we were done.

Read moreMultiple issues with this place, multiple times. I'll explain what went wrong this last time. I ordered an appetizer and we asked her for side plates the next time she came around. Waited well over 15 minutes for her to get them, and we actually had to go up to the cook and prep area and ask the host for plates. Granted, she had a few more customers come in, but we were waiting for 15 minutes for something that took 2 seconds to get when we got up and got them ourselves, so we had a lukewarm appetizer. The waitress apologized, which I was cool with but then started making excuses about it getting really busy when she is trying to leave. I used to work in the food business and watched her, and she had multiple opportunities to grab the plates for us but didn't. I ordered sliders with a side salad. The bowl the salad came in had stains and dried food of some sort around the rim so I can only guess what the inside of it look like before the salad was put in there. The meat in the sliders was chewy and appetizing. I'm normally really a good tipper and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt I still tipped them well this last time. This is the 3rd time they have messed up the last 3 times I have been there and they can't seem to get it straight. Other problems from before include raw chicken in the crepes and rotten fruit which they did compensate me for, but they need to retrain on quality control and customer service. Read moreAbsolutely the worst service I have received in years. 2 stars is generous because food was at best 2 1/2 and below what one expects from IHOP. Upon entering the dining area which was about 75% full, it took the host about 10 minutes to "clean off" a table that was empty. I explained to the server that we had an appointed at 2 p.m., it was about 12:55 when I told her that. To her credit she checked with the kitchen and they assured her we would be served in an adequate time. After ordering drinks and meals at same time, I will give apx times to receive after ordered: Drinks 15 minutes after going to server station twice then not correct when finally served. Meal: 30-35 minutes. Total time in restaurant 1:10. While waiting for our food I asked the table next to us how long it took for their food to come out. They said a long time, their server discounted their meal 50%. We were barely offered an apology and that was on the drink order, no offer of discount or anything. Not that I am looking for anything free just a show of responsibility and customer service. Follow up on review: I also gave similar review with IHOP online and was promptly contacted by the manager with a sincere apology and an offer of the next meal on him.
