Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Lubbock

Went here for the Wednesday special, I tell the guy I want 2 of the $4 special with cheese. A car alarm goes off in the background, he asks me if that's a car alarm, I said yes.. red flag one.. he's not paying attention to my order. I pull around, he repeats my order.. all wrong.. another employee steps in to help.. I explain what I want. She gets it right... Then tells me the amount.. I'm like damn for 2 drinks, med fries and hotdogs $20.. for the 4 special.. I was hesitant and tried to make it cheaper with smaller drinks.. nope.. $3 difference.. I told the lady just leave, the guy .. he's getting frustrated with my order and me.. proceeds to say that the customers are being annoying and looks at me..his name is Connor, I look at him and tell him welcome to the real world..the other employee begins to apologize for his behavior, I tell the guy, I ought to come in there and slap the shit out him for some rude comment like that. I've called to speak to the owner and no answer yet.....

WORST WORST WORST customer service PERIOD! Not sure if it was her time or what but she had the worst attitude and did not want to help me with my order whatsoever. Tried substituting certain condiments and she stated she could only take them out and not change them, even after I offered to pay the difference. I also asked to change the cold onions to grilled onions and she said they had already "cleaned the grill" so they couldn't make them. The closing hour is at 11pm, I was there at 9:50 trying to place my order. I will never ever visit one of these establishments again and never recommend yall to anyone if that employee doesn't lost her job or like she should. She should not be allowed to speak to customers with the way she speaks to them. Very very unprofessional and unfortunate too in all honesty. At the end I told her I was going to leave a negative review before I cancelled my order and she said "that's fine it doesn't bother me." Something needs to...

❤️I'm not sure if I've ever felt more welcome in any eating establishment EVER!!!! my 9 year old son is autistic and so it's not uncommon for him to have a hard time in public places...the whole crew at this particular location made our entire 2 hour experience neat and fun and I'm happy to say....not one meltdown occurred the whole time!!! they were extremely friendly and generous and all of them wore genuine smiles for our entire stay and that's tough to find anywhere...i want to send a huge THANK YOU to the ladies and gentlemen at the 50th Street wienerschnitzel and I promise WE WILL BE BACK...because while it may just seem like a fast food joint to some, we experienced top tier dining tonight🙌🏼. ten out of ten...
