Burger King — Restaurant in Ludlow

We came to this BK with a large order in drive thru recently. When asking for a hot coffee, they gave cream/sugar on the side, which isn't typically how it is served at fast food restaurants (including other BK's!) Also we requested a 10 piece nugget & instead received an 8 piece. I know it's only 2 extra nuggets that we didn't receive, but we did pay for the 10 pc meal & that's not what we were given. The service was also slow & they asked us to pull up to wait on the coffee that we were told they'd bring out to us & never did. We actually had to have one of us go inside to get it! Definitely inconvenient for a drive thru order. We had a busy day & were heading home from the Holyoke Mall. One positive thing I will add is that they have delicious Oreo shakes available in classic regular (vanilla) Oreo or now also chocolate Oreo! Original chicken sandwich was also great. No napkins were given either at all with our big order that cost over $50! Food was good, but service has room for improvement. Especially when you make customers pull aside for a longer wait time to bring out the remainder of the order & then forget to do so. Drive thru is supposed to be quick & easy, that's why we used it! Please try applying a little more effort to keep your customers coming back...

Pancakes were inexpensive and good tasting. Service a little slow. BK Has Loads of Coupons 4 BOGO CROISSANWICHES, Small Coffe & Small Hash Browns 4 $4.28. Great Valus! This BK R nations Napkins, sugar & Creamers 4 Coffee! Very Irritating having 2 ask 4 Napkins and getting 3 or 4! Like That is enough!! 🤤🤤😝😜🙃 If Store isn't busy and I come in AS only customer, majority of times Staff have gone 2 back of store and I have 2 call out 4 someone 2 wait on ME! This BK Also Precious components of sandwiches & Hash browns/Fries!! So Many times I return for cause R Cold or not FRESH!! Ketchup Dispenser is malfunctions about 75& of the time I go there! Either maintain it or get Functional replacement!! These things ABOVE tarnish, what OTHERWISE, should B A Good...

Rudest employees I ever ran across at a Burger King. I ordered chicken fries asked for a sauce and was told I had to pay .27 cents , chicken fries were cold, I asked for no salt on my fries, still got salt on them. The manger Stephanie was so rude she wouldn’t even give me napkins, I had to get out the car and go in to grab a few napkins after ordering thru drive thru. Omg these are the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. I really think they need employees who actually like their job. I will definitely be calling corporate to file a complaint. Will never go back.
