Use App for Paying/ordering for "Pick up inside" = almost 20 mins. It's a 50/50 if it works or not, but if you see a big line,5-8 cars, in the Drive-Thru and go inside cuz there are 0 or 1-2 people inside, BUT Then watch the entire line + more cars since u arrived, go through/leave the drive-through..while still waiting for your food... They focus solely on the drive-thru/their "Drive-Thru times" because they know you're not going anywhere. You're inside already. Mildly aggravating that it took 15 mins ( plus however long the 2 people had been waiting before I got there) and then another 5 to get my (1 meal) order. And for the guy to not even say" sorry about wait". You know how app asks " how many hot sauces" at end of your order, Apparently if u "pick up inside", I guess they assume your getting your own sauce and don't add them to your order. Which sucks if 1. Already left or 2. Your still there but They locked the door after u left.. 3. Add another 10mins to the 20 u already waited to get food To get back in the line of cars in drive-thru,, just to get to the window,, for sauce.. . that they forgot...
Ā Ā Ā Read moremy girl friend just went to the ludlow taco bell and ordered some food she was not given her changer back and was given an attitude for asking for mild and vereda sauce . after realizing she wasnt given her change back she called and and informed the so called manager he said that her order was not in the computer when she clearly had the receipt in her hand . the guy was absolutely rude to her and and accused her of lying. this was before she said she had the receipt. than he continued to say her oreder was not in the computer.so she asked for his name he refuse to tell her . she asked to speak to another manager he informed he he was the manager .. so she asked who she can call to get her money that was owed to her. he refused to give her that info. so she said she was comming down to the store and that is when he hung up// great service guy.. that was our last time ever going to your...

When I tried to call the store to get a refund, I discovered that they didnāt have a phone number. I then proceeded to call corporate, but I didnāt receive a phone call or an email reply. The store remained silent. Unfortunately, this isnāt the first time Iāve had to drive 14 minutes back to the store because they donāt have a phone number to address these issues. Iāve left messages with corporate, but they said theyāve reached out to the owner Iām still waiting one month later...
