D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Ludlow

I've been going to D' Angelo's for 13 years never been to the one off Mass Pike. Until last week walked in there was a customer before me. Waited in line or behind her til she was done ordering. Walk to the cashier was never greeted so I asked the cashier a simple question. You don't have Pita pockets any more? The cashier who I notice his name on my receipt Kayden . Snapped back we don't have pita pockets. I said I used to love those because it was less bread. Well we don't have them here..Ok I see this person was so bluntly rude.This person has zero personality in fact pocket lint has more personality. ordered a cheese burg grinder large. Mayo peppers and cheese. There was a women working with him who was friendly before getting my grinder I asked her why didn't they have Pita Pockets any more..She kindly told me they need to find a better brand the Pita bread they used was falling apart so they will look for a better brand. In the mean time the cashier was making my grinder looked at me like..How dare I ask his co worker. Since she replied friendly . She handed me my grinder and I left. After saying thank you to her. Walked to my car thinking why the hell was the cashier so rude? Almost turned around to bring grinder back but I didn't..Well I should have..because it was terribly made. Hardly any hamburger in a cheese burger grinder. Fed it to my 3 dog's in the parking lot. Thinking what a waste of my time and money $15.19..Now I know why I stop going to D Angelo's. Rude behavior and very little...

D'Angelo Ludlow Turn Pike.This place is amazing. It took me way back in time when D'Angelo was the place to get the best sandwiches ever. Thank you so so much Bonnie for always going above and beyond and making D'Angelo shine like it's supposed to be. You made my #9 steak and cheese pocket with lots of love and caring. On the way to a vacation in Cape Cod, we stopped at a different location of this restaurant for lobster rolls. On the way back, we stopped at their Ludlow rest-stop location on the Mass Pike. Although I love their lobster roll, I decided to try something different. I ordered the tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot pepper relish. I also took advantage of the offer of adding chips and a bottled soft drink for a very reasonable upcharge.
