I've been living nearby and ordering from the Ludlow Domino's for nearly two years and this place is consistently delicious, accurate, and ready in no time. Only twice has there been a problem. The first time the guy was a bit of a jerk, blaming the error on me, but the replacement was ready very quickly and as delicious as usual. The second time was an honest mistake, I received a hoagie from another person's order who probably also received mine. On top of that, I didn't notice until well over an hour after I picked up my order when my boyfriend got home from work and took a bite of his sandwich. I called the store with fingers crossed that I'd still be able to get my originally ordered hoagie as a replacement despite the length of time that had passed and was met with apologies on top of the replacement offer. I know how it is though, staffing difficulties of the current times can only make this work more hectic, stressful, and tiring, so I appreciate the acknowledgement especially as a fairly regular customer (2x a month!) When I went inside to get the hoagie, Amy recognized me and brought me BOTH hoagies from my original order, not just the replacement for the wrong one! This was super nice and just plain above and beyond. I hate even noting the complaint because I truly love this Domino's but it was necessary to show how outstanding they are about customer satisfaction. Read moreMy name is John Maxwell and I wanted to take the time to express how appreciative I am that Thomas is the store manager at this location, I ordered a pizza, paid for the pizza and the system automatically brought me to another store location. I was becoming overwhelmed due to nobody knew where the order was placed. Even though I did not place this order at Thomas store location. He went absolutely above and beyond to make sure he identified the location of the Pizza I ordered. I genuinely wish I was within his delivery radius so I can order from his location only. It’s very rare to find someone who genuinely cares and want to help. he did not have to do what he did & even go above to asking his supervisor To help me locate this pizza. I haven’t eaten since 3 AM today and it’s 10:41pm now. I placed a delivery order and was told it would arrive within 30 minutes. After an hour had passed with no update, I called the restaurant and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the food never arrived.
After waiting a total of three hours, I went to the restaurant in person to ask about my order. The staff told me they weren’t sure where the driver was but offered to remake the order if I waited another 20 minutes.
This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve had with this establishment. The lack of communication, accountability, and overall management is unacceptable. It’s clear this place is in serious need of new leadership or a dedicated manager. Without improvement, I honestly don’t see this business staying open...
