Willow is such a cute boutique with a little bit of something for everyone. Whether you want something simple, classy, or a little bit sassy - youâll find multiple things you love. I have shopped there more than Iâd like to admit and have found the most perfect jeans, cozy sweaters, and tops at much better prices than my previous go-to shops. Itâs pretty awesome that I could just send my husband to the brewery five doors down and he didnât have to come in and linger as I shopped. It smells amazing in there. The atmosphere is clean and has historic small town charm so I highly recommend going in at least once if youâre usually an online shopper, and even the mirror has a positive compliment to make sure you feel gorgeous. They didnât spare any details in the setup. My only complaint - which is also only my fault - is that some styles I liked, I didnât act on fast enough and they sold out. I was charged $55, yet the exact same jeans can be purchased directly from JC & JQ on Amazon for about half the price. When I asked for a refund, the company refused and only offered store credit, even though they sent me a completely different brand than what I ordered.
This company is deceptive. They remove the original âMade in Chinaâ tags from items like JC & JQ Jeans and replace them with labels claiming âWillow Boutique â Made in Ohio,â which is completely misleading. What I received clearly had JC & JQ branding and tags marked âMade in China.â
