Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ludlow

Genuinely one of the most Dunkins I have been to. One of the bathroom doors is broken so you can't lock it, service was painfully slow with only 2 customers waiting. There was another customer with a bug in her coffee and instead of offering an immediate apology and remake her coffee, no apology was made and they had to check with the manager first. It took the manager 5 minutes to come out, during which a new coffee was still not made and no other customers were tended to. The manager then went on to publicly explain that there's a pest problem and pest control hasn't been able to do anything. Like how do you say that in front of customers in the lobby??? My cold brew (the inexplicably tasted burned) was made incorrectly and I asked if they could please add the syrup that was forgot. Again, no "sorry, we will add that for you", but rather the two employees started to bucket between themselves if this drink should even have the syrup or if they added it in the first place. Again, everyone can hear them. The complete disregard for the customer experience and a lack of professionalism had me shocked. Couple that with a dirty interior and the publicly acclaimed pest problem (straight from what I can assume is the manager's mouth), I have to strongly recommend people do not come here. If I could give a negative star...

I was so excited to see a dunkin in Ludlow when we were visiting there . Everything went wrong with this one ! Location wise it was good , very close proximity to many things around. It’s next to a gas station, so , it looked extremely crowded for parking . There was only one spot for parking on the left side and a few more on the right , and it’s tough to get one .

Service was slowww , and ordering was also very slow. They looked short staffed for the customers coming in. What we order wasn’t what we got : we ordered 4 hashbrowns and got only 3 … ordered a sandwich WITHOUT meat and yeah - they did it with meat …. Coffee was tooo milky and even with a shot of espresso extra , it didn’t taste like a latte that we drink elsewhere . Refresher was really good . Apart from that nothing else was really good. A very average experience with this Dunkin...

I do not like being so brassy, but I did not like coming in to see a coworker yelling at another for sweeping and coming back in just to get reprimanded. I will not name names at all, since it definitely must have been seen or reported. I have seen the other girl a lot going in the back or being unseen for prolonged amounts of time but yet is still in the area. I've seen and heard complaints about this coworker being on her phone and being rude to customers, but I did not know she could make a coworker feel so bad. She definitely looked fairly embarrassed and sad since she wouldn't even look anyone in the eye and her voice got very low after what her coworker had said. I hope something is done about this, since I've seen the other coworker very upbeat and bouncy and it was very strange to see her looking...
