since the relaunch of this new and improved McDonald i have had some pretty bad service here. first time going after the relaunch about 3 days after the servers were rude and looked like they didn't want to be there. while in that one trip it took me about 20 minutes to get a plain cheeseburger along with a large drink and a large fry. business was slow so there was no reason to sit there for 20 minutes.
since then i have given them multiple chances since i grew up as a child eating McDonald and not liking burger king (and there is no Wendy's near by). on the second visit it took about 15 minutes for a 20 piece large drink medium fry server was better but crew in the back is still rude and disrespectful to their superiors.
on my 3rd attempt i decided to go through the drive threw at 10 at night after work and ended up sitting at the window for about 10 minutes waiting for a soda and 4 ice creams meanwhile the lady who told me she would be right back with my food is on her phone and laughing and joking around before realizing im still there and finally made my food.
on my last attempt which was just yesterday morning i went in for breakfast with my dad for the free coffee they are doing (coffee and food is great) we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for 2 black coffees keeping in mind that the two coffee pots they use are right up front and ready to be poured. in that time i watched employees ignore management and one employee specifically grab his crotch a total of 3 times ( in the time that i could see him) and at no point did he wash his hands but yet continued to touch prep and hand everyone their food. I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS NEW MCDONALDS.
My business will be going somewhere else from now on.
the only reason this is getting 1 star is because i love the new improved design but the staff is terrible and unhygienic.

Read moreI have a few things about this place that I feel should be addressed to the public eye.
1: The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I understand that these are just kids working to pay for their nails and for the fun little things in life and others are working for more important issues. But they agreed to work in this facility and should be able to follow the rules and regulations of being in customer service and treating their customers with the same respect they give to them. I was handed my food not once not twice but over three times aggressively and I felt it was a personal issue not that this employee was rushed or not having a good day.
2: The food I am given is absolutely messed around with. These people are flipping my sandwich in every direction possible and getting sauce in parts that I’m 100% aware shouldn’t be in. It’s as if they are purposely doing this and if it’s happening to me it will happen to you. No other location has done this to me accept for LUDLOW MCDONALDS and the issue has been going on and on and on for months. These workers are rude and don’t follow the rules and think they can treat customers how ever they want but at the end of the day these workers wouldn’t have jobs if it weren’t for the consumer.
