Oscar’s has phenomenal food, and their staff is professional. I have been a loyal customer of Oscar’s for years. The only complaint I've had to them is sometimes a particular delivery driver delivers pizza like he hung it sideways in his vehicle (all the cheese on one side). Disclaimer: I order my pizza with extra sauce so this can happen if the delivery driver is lazy or doesn’t know how to do his/her job. Although I have a been disappointed several times with the state of my delivered pizza I still give Oscar’s a 5 star rating for two reasons. Number one their food is excellent, and number two their customer service when you report a concern is excellent. I want to emphasize that 99.9% of their delivery drivers are great. Read moreNever had a problem with Oscar's and the food until yesterday. I called and placed my order at 6:30 pm. They said 45 mins. It took them over an hour to deliver my food. We ordered 2 pitas and french fries. Everything was Cold and the french fries were soggy and gross. We had to reheat our food and the french fries weren't even salvageable. When i called to complain about the wait and how the food was cold, all they asked was if they wanted us to have them remake it. So I could wait another hour to eat. No thank you. Then the lady blamed that it was weather that caused it to be cold. It wasn't even that cold outside, and the most disappointing part was they couldn't even take responsibility for the food. They blamed it on the order. Then when I said I didn't want more food cause I didn't want to wait for another hour to eat, she hung up on me and didn't resolve anything. I will not be going back...

Called back to discuss; the young lady on the phone was more interested in deflecting the issue than RESOLVING the PROBLEM. She was convinced that she was not in any way part of the problem. In one instance she actually misstated facts. I consider this a lying. Not satisfied with this experience. UPDATE: I recently spoke with someone else that had a similar experience; the employee was adamant that they were not part of the problem stating that "you didn't include that as part of your order".
