Daily Donuts — Restaurant in Lufkin

Absolutely the worst experience! My card had declined, totally my fault I claim responsibility for that, thankfully I had the Regions app and could fix the problem right then and there. However the whole time trying to fix it, instead of asking me kindly to pull forward or to come in to resolve the issue, they kept trying to get me to just leave. Then I told them well I fixed it go ahead and run it again please. This time a gentleman comes forward and practically throws my card back at me and informs me that I made them loose a customer this morning on the whole ordeal.... Excuse me!?!?! I do apologize my card declined but you never once tried to fix the issue or help resolve it you just wanted me to go away, Well to those who work there and ownership I have gone away and I will be take my business elsewhere out of my way. I understand this is a mom and pop style business and I love to support those kinds of businesses, but you are still a business and must treat all customers as valued...

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and one bacon and egg croissant with no cheese. Got them home and both were sausage, egg and cheese. The lady at the window was very distracted and did not have her mind on us as customers. Very disappointed, if we had wanted sausage we would have asked for it. Tried to call and tell them the mistake, but no one...

Gets a five star all day because they know how to fill a donut! A lot to choose from too. Fresh taste and cooked to perfection, these are the best donuts I have found so far in East Texas. The beautiful Spanish women are great too, it's nice to see smiles in there! Friendly, fast service is wonderful. Hot coffee was just ok, but fresher taste than most of the donut...
