Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Luray

Ordered two hand pan with extra sauce online and wasn't no more than normal sauce. Called an talked to the night manager and was told it's made differently and the dough absorbes the sauce and they don't apply the sauce with laddels like hand tossed style. Well sorry add more sauce to each application so the sauce runs like the ocean as i know it can be done just some being lazy and trying to cover their tracks as to reasons it cant be done. Then they do exchange the one for a hand tossed extra sauce pizza but again it had a little extra nothing alot extra the way I like it. They wondered why I ate the one well because I was really hungary and thought they would make it correctly the first time around. I have had issues in past like 8 or so yrs ago and that dominoes made it right by remaking the order plus gave free chessy bread and asked if the pizza made incorrectly would be eaten but wanted to make it right with me which we did and they brought us our new free pizzas correctly made with free cheesy bread but not Luray Dominoes. Never in my life have I had to argue my case with any pizza chain as they know I'm not about getting free food but want my food made right the first time around as I can barely remember the last time I had to complain about my food...Oh well I will not be ordering from Dominoes no more !!! Customer always right yea right not with these guys SMH AS IVE NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THEIR FOOD TILL NOW !!! If I could give them less than one star, I would. Kindness to a displaced family turned into a nightmare. Amanda needs to be fired, she lacks decorum and has zero customer service skills. Pizza did not get delivered and after much confusion, several calls back and forth, a credit was issued. This jem of a passive-agressive person, (Amanda) made it a point to call me back (well after the fact) to let me know she called the hotel and they said the room number where I sent the pizza doesn't exist, she stated she regretted cancelling the transaction to provide my credit AND hung up on me!! Picture of room 123 is attached, Amanda. Please do check the metadata on the pic to know it was taken at the quality, in our town. Don't call this dominos to feed someone less fortunate, they will still be hungry when it doesn't show up, and you get an after dinner call with some choice words from Amanda. Once a dominos customer but NEVER AGAIN #dominos.com!...

If I could give them a zero star or a negative star I would but it the lowest it will let me give them as one star they are so incredibly rude we called to order food they had it wrong the first time so we corrected them then they sent our order to us wrong anyways had to take the pizzas back out there it was pouring down rain and they made us stand out on the sidewalk and told us to get out of the store that we were not allowed in the store when they were the one that messed up our order and then tried to say they would fix it after charging us $60 for two 12-in pizzas and two orders of breadsticks and a soda the worsting of the worst Domino's I have ever been to the employment is absurd and if I could say worse things on here I definitely would I don't...
