So while some staff are good, this store is filled with idiots. I ordered my drink and then went for a refill and was denied it. (When you get a drink and consume it in the store and pay for said drink with the store app, you qualify for a free refill of Drip coffee, Ice Coffee, Hot tea, or Cold Brew.) And then told I didn't know what I was talking about. After a call to the Customer service line it was confirmed that I was right. My sister and I walked in on a Sunday and there was nowhere to sit so we were just going to order and leave. The barista acknowledged our entrance, but took his time with whatever he was doing so we just stood by the register waiting for a long time. The food behind the glass had fuzzy blue mold on it; the kitchen looked disorganized; and the four baristas were moving like snails to make two orders. In the end, we awkwardly left without even placing an order.

I am a daily regular at this location and I have to say that Emma always makes my experience a good one! She’s always kind, welcoming, helpful and always gets our orders put in perfectly! She’s also catches mistakes before the drinks get to us. As a former restaurant owner, she’s truly manager material and I hope one day she gets her own franchise! She would be a phenomenal owner!
