So while some staff are good, this store is filled with idiots. I ordered my drink and then went for a refill and was denied it. (When you get a drink and consume it in the store and pay for said drink with the store app, you qualify for a free refill of Drip coffee, Ice Coffee, Hot tea, or Cold Brew.) The barista acknowledged our entrance, but took his time with whatever he was doing so we just stood by the register waiting for a long time. The food behind the glass had fuzzy blue mold on it; the kitchen looked disorganized; and the four baristas were moving like snails to make two orders.
