You can't beat a good ol' ice cream window. Carmen's has easily become a household staple. They have a variety of soft serve, hard icecream, milkshakes, and even vegan options! It is always delicious, and staff is the sweetest. We will definitely be stopping by all the time this summer. I just wish they had more...
