Mosaic — Restaurant in Lyndon

Today was not a great day for the Mosaic, I'm very disappointed with there food. I always order the chicken festia bowl.......always ! I BRAG about this bowl, its fabulous, unbelievable, incredible, amazing, wonderful , ect... BOWL..! The flavors pop in your mouth, the flavors are a very nice balanced of flavors, its SWEET, SPICY, HOT DISH......its a bowl you want to go back for more.... But today was not one of those days,..... What I got was a very ghostly Festia bowl, which burned my mouth so bad, It made me cry, I truly had tears flowing down my face, my face was numb, I bite my tongue........today get a ZERO from...

O.M.G. This place is AMAZING. Ok, so first off TONS of veg and vegan options. TONS! We each got something different and it was all delicious, huge and super affordable for how fresh it all was.

Staff was very friendly and kind.

Two years in Vermont and this is the first time we both enjoyed the food and agreed with their pricing model!

My only regret is not getting pictures so I'll just go again soon!

The food was flavorful and filling and the atmosphere is great, my only complaint was that the food itself was completely cold, and the staff seemed a little lost, however as they are new I feel that thing will likely improve as they fine tune the process, and the staff gets some more experience.(3 star original review)

Update: I waited a few weeks then when back and tried them again and it was great, good price, excellent food, and great service. It was quick easy...
