Don't buy the $1 nuggets. Yuk😫 You'll end up with pepper crusted pieces of uncooked chicken. And if you tell the person taking the order that you want your nuggets hot and crispy you end up with nuggets that have been reheated by microwave or they are resubmerged previously fried nuggets. I know this to be a fact because I ordered (5) ten piece nuggets. The order came out faster than my debit card. The nuggets were kind of hard and soggy warm . I took a bite from a nugget in each bag and put it back. I then went back to the drive up window and told the server I wanted fresh crispy nuggets cause these were cold. I gave him back the nuggets and waited for fresh ones. What I got was 5 bags of the same nuggets and the only thing fresh was the bags. I got the same nuggets with bites taken out of them. I just had a disturbing incident here today. They served me a sandwich i didnt order and returned it. I dont eat vegetables due to allergies and is the main reason i only order specific sandwiches. So when they took the sandwich i atood there and watched the lady at the prepping station pull the chicken that was wrapped in tomatoe slices , lettuce and what ever other vegetables they put in it and litterally peeled the veggies off to then recycle the chicken and make the sandwich i ordered. And when i said i know i didnt juat see what i saw, another employee asked me what happened. I told him and he just looked at me and then turned around and walked away to continue doing what he was doing. Pure laziness and lack of care of what customers have to deal with. I hardly ever care enough to write a review, but I will make an exception for this trainwreck. The PM staff (most importantly the evening “manager”) need MAJOR attitude adjustments. I ordered a pickup from UberEats and after being told to drive up to the window was then told that I needed to come in to pick it up. Unnecessary, but sure. I was then told by what I can only assume was a 15 year old that they didn’t have my order. They refused to make it. I demanded to speak to a manager who insulted my weight and ethnicity to a customer in back of me and spoke to me personally as if we were on an episode of the trailer park boys.
