I HAVE VISITED THIS LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES, AND INTERVIEW THE MANAGER AND STAFF ALSO I FOUND THE CHICKEN FRESH TASTY VERY MOIST ALL THE SIDES DISHES GREAT. MAC CHEESE, BISCUITS, RICE AND BEANS, POTATOES, ALL PERFECT THE GRAVY WAS SPOT ON ALL THE DIPPING SAUCES ARE EXTRAORDINARY DIFFERENT THAN MOST FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS THE SPICY CHICKEN IS A BIT SALTY DUE TO THE MANY SPICES THEY USE BUT TASTY THOSE WHO ARE ON A LOW SALT DIET BEWARE I FOUND STAFF GREAT WELL TRAINED BUT OPEN ONLY 4 1/2 WEEKS ITS A ON GOING PROCESS MY AVERAGE WAIT IS 15 MINUTES THIS IS THE BUSIEST POPEYES ANYWHERE IN THE USA ACCORDING TO DISTRICT MANAGER AND MANAGER LOBBY OPEN 10:30 - 10 PM, DRIVE THRU HOURS ARE 10:30 - 11PM THE DRIVE THRU IS FASTER NOT BY MUCH THE LINE CIRCLES OUT TO STREET THE LOBBY IS ALWAYS PACKED AT THIS POINT SO CHICKEN IS THE FRESHEST BECAUSE OF IT, PLEASE TRY THE PO BOY ITS A SHRIMP DISH THAT I FOUND FANTASTIC, THEY ARE NOT PARTISIPATING IN THE NATIONAL 5.00 BOX AD ON TV THEY HAVE NO NEED TO WITH THE FRESHNESS OF FOOD ONLY DOWN SIDE IS ITS PACKED AT PEAK HOURS BUT A GREAT ADVENTURE HAVE OPEN MIND IN LINE SMILE ANTICIPATING GREAT CHICKEN SIDES AND BISCUITS AND GRAVY THE SELF SERVE COKE MACHINE IS USED FOR LOBBY ENJOY CHECH OUT MY PICS YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN, TELL THEM THE MUSTACHE SENT YOU, CIAO *PS HOW CAN ANYONE REVIEW A PLACE WHEN IT JUST OPENED I ALWAYS GO SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I REVIEW ANY ESTABLISHMENT ITS ONLY FAIR FOR ALL REVIEWS AND GOOD...

I went to this location and the woman on the speaker was so rude I told her that it was my first time there and she rushed me seemed irritated gave me attitude and repeated my order to me like I was a child and informed me that I would be paying extra to have my frozen drink added to the surf and turf but failed to mention that when I would get to the window I would receive a completelyyyy melted one Literally just the drink mix she poured out of the machine because they had just refilled their machine (which tasted horrible by the way like I can’t even believe she served it to me that way ). So thenI said can I have one of each of the sauces you have…again because it’s my first time here and I want to try them.. I received more attitude and she argued with me over a dollar sixty because I told her I already paid extra for a drink you didn’t have and still let me pay for it so she argued with me and would not give me the sauces untill I gave her $1.61 !! Which by the way included the two sauces I’m supposed to receive with my meal anyway its sauce she was acting like it’s coming out of her check attitude with me at the window was so unprofessional and unacceptable if I could give this place zero stars I would absolutely and I definitely won’t be going back to that place until they change their staff All in all a Terrible first impression. This is my 3rd time at Popeyes, every time I've gone there has been a problem with my order. Opening day it was packed I expected to wait. I finally get to the counter place my order they gave me my order and I went to fill my drink they had run out of everything with sugar in it. Only diet drinks were available so I ask for my money back they tell me to just take a diet drink. I say I don't drink diet stuff they say sorry no refund the machine is working.

Second time I'm getting a large meal to bring to my friends a 16 piece meal it was supposed to have 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 drum sticks and 4 wings. I ordered 8 biscuits and 4 apple pies. I get to my friends house after paying around 43 bucks and only 2 breasts 6 thighs and 4 wings and 3 drums. 3 apple pies and the biscuits were correct. They were so busy I didn't have time to go back.

Yesterday I saw a commercial on TV for Popeyes 10 tenders for 10 bucks so tonight I went in waited in line 40 mins and get to the register they tell me we are a new store we don't have any promotions. I asked to speak to the manager and he says the same thing well why do they have the commercial playing on my TV. I'm pissed but got chicken anyway I ordered 8 piece tenders mild with Sana few mustard sauce. I get home I had 5 pieces of tenders spices with no sauce.
