New Style Asian Food — Restaurant in Lynn

Tried them for the first time last week, put the order through then realized it said "Pickup" so I called them immediately, and lady said "we don't usually deliver" I told her it states specifically on their website DELIVERY with a green check mark. Then she said "ok, we do it" Then it arrives, nice man....then i see the fried wontons and went into shock..it looked like a box of Chinese Doritos. The flavor was there but no filling and no traditional twisting of the dough. ANYONE can take a slice of won ton dough from the market and cut it in half and then you've got two triangles and you toss it into hot oil and fry..simplest thing. A little kid could do it, that is NOT a fried won ton..it's fried dough, A RIP OFF, same as at Jade Pacifica. I ordered CRISPY sesame chicken...got the sesames, but they packed it in a plastic container with a lide so it sweated...plenty of sesame but the chicken was moist and mushy. All crispiness gone. These places are getting top dollar and giving sub par food, same as Jade Pacifica. I'll never order out again, luckily I can cook all these myself I was just trying to celebrate my hospital homecoming and successful surgery. ALSO, if they don't deliver they should take it off their website where they advertise it and STILL have the green checkmark beside the DELIVERY option. Really, can't anyone have any...

Can't give less than ONE STAR sadly, but if I could I would. I usually order from New Style, love the fact that they had sushi on the menu AND delivered. Today, there was no sushi on the menu at all, so I ordered from them anyways. $43.00 worth of food and my family and I are all sat down eating lunch when my dad starts freaking out. He pulls one of his chicken fingers into the air and there is a smaller piece of breading hanging on BY A HAIR. He immediately stops eating the food, because that is really nasty & we call the restaurant up to speak to a manager or something. The woman on the phone says she will refund us the money & that the driver will be by to give us the money back. She then calls us back up and tells us she wants all the food back, mind you we have been eating for about 20 minutes at this point and there was a lot of us, so there isn't that much food actually still existing. At this point I am waiting for the delivery driver to give me my refund. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with them, but it will be the last time I do...

My Husband's friend recommended this place as we literally just parked at a restaurant in Peabody and I was like I think this is the place my Son raves about, let's try it.

I'm so glad we did. The young lady at the counter has the energy and vibe that made us feel like we walked into a family home invited for dinner and Lord what a dinner! The food is so amazing, great presentation, it tasted clean, like they actually change the oil often! We didnt request no MSG but it definitely seemed they didn't add it and that was a nice surprise, it tasted like they cared about oir health! Portion and pricing was spot on perfect! This tiny place opens quickly to vibrant colors and decor that took my imagination everywhere, from the toy cases to the fish tank, different plants and cultural trinkets galore! A huge standout is the gorgeous plates from the menu were endlessly displayed throughout, I really can't say enough about the service that actually felt like genuine customer care! This is a 10 of 10 🌟 Great to meet you and we will be back...
