I went in to pick up a mobile order and witnessed a customer who is also picking up a mobile order get yelled at after requesting to get the bathroom unlocked by Kyle the shift manager. I was shocked someone would react like this when a simple question is asked, especially as a manager! Truly unbelievable.
During his screams I noticed the other workers in the kitchen and drive-thru didn't look confused or looked over to see why Kyle, the manager, was yelling profanities in front of customers. This leads me to believe this is regular behavior from Kyle and should be addressed immediately.
It's clear that Kyle's job position isn't the right fit for him. No manager should ever treat customers like this. Other customers are aware of the poor management at this location, which can easily be improved if people with the good customer service and basic morals are hired instead.
Kyle's aggressive reaction made me feel unsafe to be at the location. Kyle's behavior is completely inappropriate, there's absolutely no reason to yell at customers in such language. It takes less than 5 seconds to press a button in front of you to unlock the bathroom. From the others reviews it’s clear many customers also have had negative experiences with management at this location from this location's Google Reviews. Read moreI got a t mobile tuesday advertized for a free taco. I went to taco bell in Lynn to get one. i order 5 tacos and told the person that i had one free from t mobile. She answer no. I said excuse me did you say no. She said yes. i said what do you mean she said you need to have the app i said i do have it. she said no you need to download the app. i got mad at her ignorance and i told her just give me the F........ 5 tacos which i shouldn't. i never act like this i really hate the taco bell in lynn. they take soooooooooo long to do and order. the one in salem and revere are the best. I go to the drive through window and and i asked her what is her problem. i usually use the app at dunking donuts and i have no problem . she said with a smart face this is not dunking donuts it is tacos bell. I said you are arguing with a customer. she was like a 12 year old with a nasty attitude from mexico or centro america. the only inspiration is to work in a fast food place. No education. I told her to shove her tacos at her as....... and drove away. she scream back at me go head with your old car. Really. this is the new generation . Unrespectful!. I think what if a person that does not have any acknowledge of that. Instead of saying mam you need to come in i will help you....
Read moreDear Customers of this disgraceful Taco Bell area, my mom recently went into Taco Bell and we originally ordered 6 chicken chalupas, one nacho bell grande, and a chicken quesadillas. We got our whole order wrong and got 6 nacho bell grandes instead. And when confronting against the employee who took our order he said that we have to keep the food and when asked that that’s not what we paid for he responded saying he’ll give us our right food. We waited almost 45mins to an hour and nothing. My mom went inside to see what was going on with our food that the employee promised us. And the manager on site said that we weren’t going to get any food and that the employee was new and didn’t know what he was doing. My mom then asked for a refund and he refused to give us one even though they got all of our order wrong. As he was the manager on site that night was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive against my mom who’s a Hispanic. She was belittled because of it, and was talked down on and was talked very loudly almost yelling at her. Once I came in to help her he completely changed his tone.
