Crown Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Lynn

I don't know where these God awful reviews come from...I have been going here for at least 5+ years. I have had catering from them on multiple occasions. And anything I ever have gotten, was great, and made very tasty. The trays of chicken in particular that served my guests-everyone raved about the chicken. Where is this chicken from, it's so good? Crown fried. So to sit and be mad, and try and clown an establishment, talking about its microwaved 🙃 where do you get a microwave that cooks crispy chicken? I'm wondering you said everything is microwaved....do they make the salad that way too, or even their crunchy fries. Please, there might be a long wait because it's a small establishment, but that goes to show you it's a long wait because it's so good. Go on down there, and I promise you you will agree...

If I could leave a NEGATIVE rating I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. I called ahead, got there and was told it would be right up. I found out they gave my order to someone else. When I got there they said it would be ready right away....I wait an additional 30 minutes, after calling my order in. In advance. All the front counter had to say was "we gave your order away". I sat, while 6 other guests got their order, which were identical to mine still being shown that they simply do not care about customer service. When I asked why I should have to pay for their mistake they treated me like I was In the wrong. Absolutely would not go here CHATHAM ST CROWN IS 1000% BETTER, QUALITY OVER QUANTITY . Such a mess In there. As well as disgusting floors and seats....

I love this place, except today when I went there and purchased 3 chicken meals for my kids, I needed 3 sweet and sour sauces. But the guy behind the counter told me I was only able to get three and couldn't have a third. Not only thaty, for close to 12$dollars a meal, he forgot to give me my sodas to boot. I've been hoping here for many years, hubby and kids love this place. This is the first time I have ever dealt with this person, I honestly don't know why he basically dismissed me after receiving my kids dinners. I can assure you I will not deal with him...
