El Cibaeño Restaurant — Restaurant in Lynn

I went with my daughter to buy food I parked in the front and as a result that had my daughter in the car I decide to call to the restaurant to tell them hey I’m parking in the front and I got my daughter with me, can you please take my order so when it is ready I go pay it and take the food and In that way I don’t have to wait because of my daughter so with the lady that I was talking she said that is ok with me we don’t have customer now let me put my supervisor in the phone so the supervisor took the phone which was a lady she said I can’t do that and I reply why not if that is not going to take 5 minutes of your time but the supervisor was denning to offer the service , she did not even take in consideration that I explained to her that my daughter was with me according to his lack of empathy with me as a customer and lack of this supervisor professionalism I want to put this as very bad service, lack of empathy and this supervisor should learn how to to exceed the customer...

The food is amazing!!! However, I have a 2 year old who needed to use the bathroom (and is currently being potty trained) they were allowed to use it. Then my 7 year old needed to use the bathroom moments later. I was told they couldn't use it, and that it mysteriously all of a sudden had become out of order because the owner had called to say it was out of order. I'm not sure if it is even legal to run an establishment such as a dine in restaurant, and not offer paying customers a bathroom. The woman clearly saw that it was for a child and refused to let them use it even though it was an urgent matter. I will not be returning, their food is great. But their customer...

THEY ONLY CATER TO SPANISH PPL ! Food is ok but verrrrryyyy poor custom Services !!they give racist vibes to anybody who is not Spanish will have u waiting while accepting orders from Spanish ppl who came inn after you !!TERRIBLE !!!
