Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lynn

The quality of service at this location has really gone downhill. It’s on my way to work so I stop there occasionally. I order on the go and my order is never fully ready when I get there. I stand there and wait and nothing. Always have to ask someone. This is the only DD where I experience this. I go to Boston St., other one on western ave or Peabody and they are always prompt. I’ve given them several chances to get it right.

Went there a few days ago, the girl making the drinks was more concerned about her work drama than making sure the coffees were coming out correctly. Got more ice than tea, and asked for my bagel toasted and it wasn’t! Have drama all you want but I find it unprofessional to sit and talk about it in front of customers when you have a line almost at the door. They were friendly but keep the drama at the door, and work your shift!! I certainly don’t care about your drama I just want my drink and bagel, if you wanna talk about work drama do it on your break...

The staffs at this location are Unprofessional is the nicest thing I can say, Sent my daughter to DD to buy 2 med drinks, she went with her skateboard. She needed a tray and they refused to give her one, because she "needed to buy 3 drinks" to receive a tray 😑. Definitely would not be coming here any more, and people with very bad habits be hanging around that Dunkin donuts very uncomfortable feeling. Not coming...
