Greg Rogers Co — Local services in Lynn

My mom has had her washer dryer for about 25 years and they have been serviced by Greg Roger's Co. for the entire time. The only mistake she's done was not purchasing them from Greg Rogers. Even though they were purchased elsewhere Greg Rogers treats them with kidd gloves. ALWAYS on time, ALWAY, knowledgeable with what needs to be done, and always with the tools/parts necessary to complete the job at hand. The cost of every job has been ridiculously low compared to other companies. The men are so friendly and kind that it restores my good feelings about servicemen. Courteous Kind Thrifty ...on a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to give them a 12. Fantastic business and I really wish that all business owners took lessons from this company. Please keep up the fantastic work....

Shout out to Greg Rogers Appliance repair in Lynn for their prompt, courteous response to my need for refrigerator repair. Of course, it broke on a Sunday so I called and left a message and received a call back before the shop was even open on Monday am and scheduled it for Tuesday. Then he called back and squeezed me in for that day between 1 and 4! Ps. I did try one of those “always open 24 hr repair service” I saw online, spoke with a live person on Sunday who assured me someone could come out that day but didn’t receive a call back until Monday.
