I rarely ever leave reviews but this was honestly the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. Let's just say I had to ask for water and utensils (the most basic necessities) THREE separate times... I went here with my boyfriend as we heard about the birria tacos and were excited to try. I made a reservation for 6pm. As soon as we got in, 3 different servers asked us if we need a table even though we told them we had a reservation and still kept us waiting. Anyway, we sit down, and the tables are uncomfortably close together (covid but whatever) and the music was blasting to the point we got a headache just trying to have a conversation (it was this way the whole time we were there). Our waitress (who was outwardly rude) came to us twice the entire 2hours we had to stay there because the service was so slow...and we only ordered a few things and it wasn’t that busy! and our plates all had onions when we specified no onions... Once we finally had our food come to the table, which the table was so small it didn't even fit our plates and the waitress didn't bring the sodas we ordered, nor water, or even utensils or napkins. And she didn't ask if we needed anything else she just walked away.

I went up to the bar since that was the only place I could find someone and asked for forks to eat our meal. He said he would be with us "shortly." 15mins later we started eating the foods we could with our hands and didn't even touch our rice or beans because we had nothing to eat it with. After another time of my boyfriend going up and asking this time, we finally got utensils but STILL no water. Our food was cold. A random waitress approached us and asked if we wanted dessert and we said no it would probably take too long and she convinced us to get dessert (we came for the churros so we decided to just get them to-go). Bad idea because this took another 20mins to even get them so at this point we were ready to leave. I walk to the front and explain to one of the servers the experience we had and that we were leaving, and she said that the waitress we had "it was her last day" and all she did was apologize and discount the churros off our bill (the cheapest item we ordered) and we took them to-go.... Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to try the birria tacos because they were average and overpriced anyway!
