Green Tea Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Lynn

3 out of 5 because as of yesterday 9/20/19 was my first visit to eat AT the restaurant and the experience was horrible. Never I have ever meant a more inconsiderate and unprofessional waitress. Not only was she on her phone in plain sight whenever we needed her, she would just disappear. While other waitresses and waiters were on top of there tables. She checked on us once and when it came to the bill i had to track her down and hold her at the table to make sure she does the payment quickly because otherwise id never leave that place! No napkins. No offers of any refills. No smile! Amy is her name. Amy also needs to learn how to at least smile and be friendly not act like I chained her to the store and she can't escape. If you dont like your job sweetheart then quit! Because it amazes me how other in the restaurant were super nice and friendly especially to my children who are well behaved little girls but my waitress couldn't even crack a smile and work for a better tip. I always leave a good 10-15 tip but not this day sorry but my service was slow, unprofessional, and just plain negative attitude! Ugh! I'd rather keep ordering delivery then eat in house to be treated like we are not valuable customers. Food though is awesomeeeee 5 stars for food. Love there lo mein never dried up like most...

This place is Great, Especially for eat in, they always have a great atmosphere at the bar area and that spills out to the restaurant itself. All the food is great, but I have 1 issue with Take out, when I’m home and order the Sesame Chicken, it’s NOT ALWAYS SESAME CHICKEN, I’ve found that on Thursday night & Sunday night if I order from home I’ll get sesame chicken as I e come to know it. ANY OTHER DAY, I will get orange chicken sprinkled with sesame seeds! Crazy right? But that is what happens. Idk if they have other people that cook the take out orders or what, so I only order take out on Thursday or Sunday. 1 last thing, There Ginger sauce is terrible, it’s the ONLY ITEM I DO NOT LIKE, but that has a huge effect on what I order in house. For some reason there Ginger sauce TASTES NOTHING LIKE THE GINGER SAUCE IVE ALWAYS KNOWN FROM OTHER CHINESE RESTAURANTS, it’s Not gingery or sweet, It’s salty & Tastes like a soy sauce with a ginger flavoring added!? Terrible! I order EXTRA GINGER FROM OTHER RESTAURANTS AND SAVE IT FOR MY TAKE OUT ORDERS FROM GREEN TEA, I love there scallion pancake but cannot have in restaurant, have to get it at home with my ginger sauce! I guess I could bring my own, but I’d feel weird bringing my own ginger sauce....

The Pupu-Plater For 2 was great! Chicken 🐔 Wings were fried hard, just like we ordered, and very tasteful.

-Boneless Ribs, were tasteful as well, just right. Not too greasy, and for the first time, there was no fat on them!

-Beef Teriyaki, fried hard!!!! As always, great!

-Crab Rangoon, My lawdddddd that was the best 👌 EVER! You must try it! I

-Chicken Fingers, Were not overcooked, with no grease left over, and when biting into it, the Chicken was tasteful and soft.

-Egg Roll- Didnt try it.

Shrimp 🍤 & Lobster 🦞 Sauce, was great, they weren't stingy with the shrimp I must say! We had a very large portion and it was good I must say!

-Fried Lobster 🦞- First time trying, and I was not disappointed! It was very well-seasoned! Make sure you have gloves!

-Fried Vegetable Rice 🍚 -😋 Another large portion, smooth, the rice was cooked well and ofcourse the veggies also.

The area was very bright and warm. The table was very clean, under the table and the silverware 🍽 too!

Your gonna spend a pretty penny!
