KFC — Restaurant in Lynn

Ordered two 5 piece tender meals for me and my significant other. Hers was fine she had the tenders, mashed potato with gravy, the biscuit, and coleslaw, With a chocolate glazed cake. But they never gave us the cake with our order and didn’t give it to us until we went back up to the counter and reminded them about it. I had the tenders, fries, biscuit, and I got a spicy chicken sandwich for dinner later on. I asked for ketchup for my fries and they didn’t have any, and I got a regular chicken sandwich with a ton of mayo on it. Plain chicken… no pickles… nothing else. And we didn’t even get biscuits until we went back up to the counter for the cake because they didn’t have any made until then and we had almost finished by then. Another issue we had along with other customers at the time was how hot the place was. No air conditioning at all and no open doors or windows to have...

BUYER BEAWARE!!!!! I have been going to KFC for the past 43 yrs. I have never had a issue until tonight August 28, 2025 9:00p.m. I had placed a mobile order and went to pick it up thru the drive thru. The lady that was working the drive thru didn't know how to speak English correctly and couldn't understand that I was there to pock up a mobile order. After the lady got upset the manager spoke to me and asked me to pull in a parking spot. I had asked the manager if I can place a additional order six times before allowing me to do so. The manager was very rude like the employee was. When I got home I was missing two biscuits, two lg. drinks and a Mac n cheese. When I had called the store the manager picked up and was very rude and didn't want to fix my large order of food. I will NEVER visit this KFC again. Buy at your own risk! Buyer...

Very rude crude and thuggish cashier did not even make Eye contact with me head is head on the counter until I said a word then he popped his head up. He definitely does not take pride and what he does for work. It does not matter where you work you should do your best no matter what and no matter where. The food was probably the worst fast food I have ever eaten. The chicken was soaked with grease and the bread was ripped off and it was just old tasting and I felt sick after eating it. I will never eat at KFC as long as I live. I will be going to Popeyess for sure next time. This is not the first time I have had this hideous experience at this KFC particular. TV dinner that was frozen would be 5 star dining compared to this joint. If you want to have regret eat here. I wish I could give a half of a star that would be a gift...
