This review is for both Little Caesars and DoorDash, the delivery service. I ordered from here twice last week. Both times I created my own pizza with sausage, bacon, mushrooms, olives and extra cheese and both times they didn't add at least one of my toppings and my toppings slid off the edge slices during delivery. Creating your own pizza (toppings) cost much more than their regular pizzas because they charge by the toppings. I have spine, nerve, knee, hip and foot injuries making going up and down my 3 flights of stairs difficult, that's why I order most of the things I need or want online. Both on Little Caesars online ordering and later with doordash, under "delivery instructions", I checked the 'deliver in hand to door' and wrote to "Disabled person. Please ring doorbell for access to building and bring up to 3rd floor". One time it was left on my front porch in full view of a busy street, and I found out after the driver was gone. The next time the driver called to say he was here, and would I come down to get my food. Mind you he was speaking perfect English without an accent. I told him that I'm disabled and asked him to bring it up. He suddenly got an accent and said that he doesn't speak English. I asked him if he was at the front door, and, again without the accent, he said "yup." I buzzed the door 3 times for him to at least enter and leave inside, (as I've had packages stolen in the amount of time it takes me to walk down the stairs) but I didn't hear the downstairs door open. I made my way downstairs and the food was left on my outside stairs, like discarded food for anyone walking by on the sidewalk to just reach over and grab. I gave both of these drivers large tips, which you can't change (like you can with Uber eats) after the order. You're not given a choice about tipping only how much! I was a waitress most of my life and I almost always leave a good tip. However tipping first started decades ago as a way to shown appreciation for the level of service given, and it was expected and usual that if you received bad service you either left no tip or left a penny, which is considered an insult for bad service. I don't feel we should be forced to tip bad service and/or behavior. With Uber eats you do have a choice and can change the tip after delivery, not that Uber eats restaurant delivery is that much better, but if given a choice of delivery service choose Uber eats. At least you can decide about the tip and the drivers do deliver to door when requested. Unfortunately ordering online or by phone with Little Caesars, you're not given a choice and online there's nothing stating that it's not Little Caesars delivering. If you want Little Caesars pizza I suggest going to the restaurant yourself. That way you can make sure your order is correct. The pizza and crazy bread were very good though, and I don't...

Then i had to wait another 6 minutes for the crazy bread i ordered and was never made. Did not check the pizza til ten minutes away so had to drive bck and was told i had to give the messed up pizza that i had already touched and had in my car back. In the time it took for the messed up pizza to get remade my other pizza had gone cold....
