Horrible experience at this ice cream shop. It smelled awful.. like cigarette smoke? I ordered a kiddie scoop with a cone and a shake and it came out to almost $16. Is that right!? Seems awfully high. The kiddie scoop was almost inedible. A tiny amount of ice cream that was freezer burnt. And I’m pretty sure the girl handled money at the cash register then essentially used her hand to shape the ice cream on the cone. The whole thing was way too sweet. Even the cone somehow. No lid for the shake either. The two young employees were nice and professional but overall a disappointing experience....

I love the ice cream at Munchies, my favorite is the Strawberry Oreo. Lately however, it seems the quality has gone down hill a little. The last 2 times I ordered my beloved flavor it had multiple areas of freezer burn. I have worked at several ice cream stores and anyone in the business knows that if you don't flatten and care for the product, you will ruin it. Please be more attentive to this because I want to keep eating your ice cream. When it's made and maintained correctly it shines above its competitors. When employees stop taking care of the product...
