OH MY GOD! I love this place. I have been to a few cannabis shops. (full disclosure, more than a few) This place is different for a few reasons. 1, It's woman owned and I love that. You can just see the feminine qualities and attention to detail all around you. 2, It's just a nice experience when you walk in. Every person in there loves their job and you can tell. 3, The prices are so much better than every other place I have been to. 4, This is my favorite thing. They tell you what the price will be after taxes. Other places say they are having a deal like 2 for $50.00 but then the tax is another 8 or 10 bucks but at Essex Apothecary they tell you the deal including tax so you don't get sticker shock when they ring you up. They still charge you tax, don't get me wrong, but they just don't make it sound better than it is. You know up-front how much it will cost after taxes when they ring you up. 5, Is good for me but not that great for them. There aren't a bunch of people in front of you and lines out the door. Why, because their parking situation sucks. I don't think they can do much about it. Not a lot of shops do it right but I have to say Essex apothecary is the best , most efficient , and my favorite place to find the best grass in mass. Every experience has been great and the only place that I can walk into and not really have a specific product in mind but can leave satisfied with a new memorable experience. I'm rambling a little but I walked in and the budtender recommended this company that has been popular called curelato and it was the best most accurate recommendation I've gotten . sometimes I feel most dispensaries use colorful vocab and other stereotypical gimmicks but Essex apothecary provided the experience I've been looking for and I've tried many dispensaries since shops came around 2017.
