I’ve noticed a consistent issue during my visits to this establishment: I am routinely charged higher prices than my Hispanic husband for the exact same items. After multiple experiences like this, he encouraged me to write this review, as today was the final straw. We will no longer be giving them our business. I understand that language barriers can cause confusion, which is why I either show a photo of the item I want or call my husband to help translate. Today, I ordered mangu tres golpes around 10:30 AM and showed a photo to clarify my order. After paying, I noticed I was charged more than what was initially quoted. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was met with excuses rather than a clear explanation. Additionally, I received scrambled eggs instead of the fried eggs I had requested, and again, the response was dismissive and delivered with an attitude. When I got home and took a bite and flipped the fried cheese I was shocked to find a bee fried into it. We called immediately, and they told us to bring the food back—but there was no apology, no concern, just clear annoyance. This experience was unacceptable on multiple levels—poor customer service, inconsistency in pricing, and a serious hygiene issue. I cannot recommend this business, and we won’t...

A month ago I placed a delivery here. They brought me a bunch of food I didn’t order, so I didn’t want it. The delivery driver got mad and threw my money back at me, even though I still gave him a tip. I called the restaurant and told them he was ignorant and I did not want him delivering my food, so they sent a new order with a different driver. A few days ago I placed another delivery, the same delivery driver from before answered the phone and took my order. As soon as I told him my address he said “no we don’t have any drivers” and hung up on me. If you didn’t have any drivers why take my entire DELIVERY order? I called back private and a different guy answered the phone, he took my delivery with no problem and said they did have drivers. I don’t know who this delivery man is that also works the phones in the restaurant, but he’s rude as hell. If you don’t like your job get a new one. People who get upset with customers like that can’t be trusted around food. I only gave one star because they DO have good food, but the customer...

This place is a joke . If you would like to come into a Restaurant and be completely ignored by about 6 different staff that seen me and did not ask me anything and I made eye contact . If you want to be completely ignored in Line while waiting for food then come here….why else would someone be in line???? Anyhow other folks walked in behind me 10min later and they were attended to. Makes you wonder if this place is Discriminating on certain people. I expressed my Complaints as I walked out and did not give them my hard earned money. I have to say this is the worst customer experience I have ever seen in my life especially since they had many chances to correct it but decided to completely ignore a Patron ,Thanks for nothing Típico…I fed my family elsewhere.

Also seen them not wearing gloves or hair nets …. This food is dirty but they worry about the floor being cleaned 😂...
