Food and beverages we're very good, however, the waitstaff assigned to our table needs more training on dealing with the public She took our drink orders and then asked if we would like popcorn to go with our drinks. We responded Yes and she went to place the drink order. She came back with our drinks and took our food order. About 20 minutes later she arrived with our entrees. At which point she asked if my husband would like a refill on his drink. He responded no but that he would like a glass of wine to go with his entree. (She completely ignored me.). About 10 minutes later she came by to see how our meals were, my husband inquired as to the status of his wine. When she returned with the glass of wine about seven minutes later she was very snippy and said 'I had to wait for the bartender." To which I responded "the only reason we asked is that you offered us popcorn before the meal and it never arrived." Again she was very short with her response of "well the kitchen was out of popcorn!" Unfortunately for this young lady both my husband and I work retail and deal with the public on a daily basis so we are fully aware of how this type of situation should be handled, apparently this young lady is not! The other reason my husband was inquiring about his glass of wine was because he wanted to enjoy it with his meal, apparently this thought had not crossed her mind. We proceeded to finish our meals and from the time we finished our meals until she arrived back at our table it was another 10 minutes. (After the incident about the wine I begin to take notice of how many stations she had and how they will being treated as well.- I will leave it at I saw other waitstaff attending her tables and apologizing to these tables that they were serving for the lack of attention they were receiving.) When she finally came back to our table and inquired as to whether we wanted anything additionally we declined her offer . She promptly brought the check which we paid and she returned with our change. We left her an adequate tip but she didn't know that because she was up talking with the hostess, who pleasantly wished us a good evening as our waitress totally ignored us. Usually your wait staff are top notch, this young lady however seems to have slipped the cracks. Hopefully the other people she took care of are not as offended by her...

First time was with a large group, service was slow and they got a few things wrong but that's okay since it was a large group and everything was quickly fixed. Today was with just a party of 2. Service was slow again and the server got a couple things wrong but most importantly messed up the change on the bill not once but twice. When it came time to pay I handed the waitress a $25 gift card and a $100 bill, I had not seen the check but all we got was 2 burgers so the bill should have only been around 40 dollars. She comes back and hands us $53 in change. I said can I see the check no way that meal was 73 dollars. After she disappeared for a long time she came back and handed me a $20 bill and said sorry I forgot to do the gift card (the $25 gift card) so I she shorted me $25 then shorted me $5. I didn't feel like waiting any longer or explaining to the waitress how to do basic math but a business cannot employ a woman that is going to short people on change and then when asked to fix it short them some more due to horrible elementary...

We then got our meal and My wife asked her for some butter when she came by us again she left which I thought was going to get the butter, Never came back with it and started talking to the person at the bar again.
