My worst experience was tonight. If I could rate a negative -100 I definitely would. This place was typically busy at 6:50pm which is not the usual 🤷🏽♀️ I stood in a long line for 20mins with my toddler which is two. Once I got ready to order the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. #1 CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have no hospitality or anything for greeting their customers. I order a all meat burrito & quesadillas, totaling $13.62. I gave the cashier my debit card she said “I NEED ID” I said it’s my husbands card I usually just sign and put phone number🤷🏽♀️ She said “I NEED TO GET THE MANAGER” so Gilberto Reyes the ASSISTANT MANAGER come and just stand to look at me like he didn’t know what the issue is. Anywho, he stated for all authorizations they need ID. I explained to him the same thing I told his cashier I shrugged his shoulder while my baby was hollering and screaming she’s hungry. I said for $13.62 you think I would fraud you? No. So someone else paid for my food.. God Bless! But I needed an clear explanation as to why you need MY HUSBAND ID!!! He had no heart. I will be taking this as far as I can. ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THAT RESTAURANT. Like my food was not even $20
OVERALL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! It plays a very big part when you have a restaurant. They ruined my night after a long 12hr...
Read more“Love that King Taco Removed my review from last year. But here it is again.“ Always Ensure that you check your Food before departing the counter. If you love meatless Burritos with Only beans and Rice then you’ve come to the right place. I’m only reposting this because it happened to us again this time at the Fontana location. The Founder would Turn Over his Grave if he Witnessed what his Legacy has Now Become. It’s sad cause I Actually Knew and worked Closely with King Taco Himself and his Family Personally. (But I left the Company back in 2017 and started my own Business). I worked and monitored with the Expansion and opening of various locations through out SoCal. But I would have NEVER! Allowed a Needle sized Burrito to leave my Kitchens like this. Slowly but surely it started going downhill (Probably after his passing). Rest in Peace King. I’m Happy that you at least left this world with the mindset and thought that you left your Permanent Mark on...
Read moreNot too bad, the food was tasty and the restaurant has just the right amount of choices...about 10, for menu items. I had the chicken & cheese quesadilla, which was lame, because they only gave you (3) small triangle portions which did not even make a whole tortilla, and they sure didn't pack it with near either. I also ordered the cheese & halopeno tamales which were incredible. Of course the cashier could not speak a word of English, but fortunately there was a worker close by who came to our rescue. It must be the location and the Lynwood area, because they run the place almost like it's the county jail, with the armed guard by the front entrance, sheriffs always stopping in, and they tell you exactly how many salsas you get depending on the items you have purchased. I don't know I guess I'm just used to a more laid back, care free environment in...
