What we ordered was so bad. I’m really not one to leave reviews, but this was really so bad. We had spaghetti and meatballs, and the sauce was sour. We had rigatoni arrabbiata, and once again the sauce was sour, the noodles were under cooked, and half of the take out container was full of oil and starchy noodle water. I could even see them separating. We had chicken alfredo as well, and in that dish everything was cooked ok, but it was the most bland thing ever. The chicken had no taste, the sauce had no taste, and the noodles had no taste. Ordered tiramisu for dessert. There was so much of the coffee/cocoa powder on top that it added up to about a 1/4 of the containers contents. did call them, and the person that answered the phone decided to cut me off and tell me how they hadn’t had any complaints. It was pretty rude and I really didn’t understand why. My concern for calling was the sour sauce. I had a horrible experience at 6934 Wolf Road, Indian Head Park, IL. No that it matters, but I'm a black female. I walked into the location and the owner or manager asked me to wait while she took a personal call. I patiently agreed and waited about 10 minutes. A white male walked in and she immediately cleared her call and asked to help him. She took his order and I could not believe she totally ignored me as though I didn't exist and I was there first, patiently waiting. I stood there stunned and felt completely insulted. I couldn't believe what had just happened so I walked out. I don't know if the treatment was due to me being black, or what? I just know that it was extremely insulting and a horrible experience. Mr. Gi Gi i’ve been eating at your Wolf Road location for sometime. Saturday afternoon was the worst service I ever received from Theresa. I wanted something substituted and was extremely overcharged. I had to complain to Theresa about being overcharged and finally she dropped down The price. I still felt I was overcharged but I cut my losses and told her I wanted to eat outside. She told me to go to my car and wait for my food. She hands me my food and wants me to leave. When I open the food There were no napkins or plastic forks and knives. I felt as if all she wanted to do was get rid of me and care less if I was a customer or not.
