I recently spent over $50 on takeout dinner: Two ground beef burritos, two tostadas, two refried beans sides, a large Guacamole, and two carrots and peppers. Very expensive, I think. I don’t mind pay, if it’s good food. The Fajitas Restaurant in question is located in the Plaza right behind my house. So disappointing. The food was cold. I think it’s because the filling/meat is pre-made and sitting in a container next to the grill. I personally went over to order and waited the couple of minutes it took for them to assemble. The restaurant smelled of cigarette smoke. There’s a gambling section walled off. A guy put two tortillas on the grill and immediately placed the pre-made filling on them, folded, wrapped, and placed the burritos on the cold counter to be bagged and handed to me. Same with the Tostadas. Cold, pre-made food priced the same as a good made to order restaurant. I don’t see why they can’t at least pretend to cook, or warm up the mixture on the grill before serving it to you. Very disappointing. I’m...
Read moreJust picked up a couple burritos. I find this place hit and miss. Some time good sometimes ok., never great nor bad. I haven’t eaten here as a pickup order before, always eat in, until COVID! I usually have their chips and salsa with my meal, which taste fresh and have a nice touch of heat. Not the best but good. Tonight I realized how small their burritos really are for $10 ea. I finished mine with a side of carrots (add $1.75 for a good size bag but I think they should be free, understanding there wouldn’t ben so many of them) the burrito is “fluff”. Like full of air. I’m not a huge eater, and my wife eats like a bird. I finished mine and was still super hungry. She finished hers but offered me a few bites (she felt bad I was still so hungry) so we spent just under $22 with tax for two burritos and I’m still very hungry. Here is how I came up with my stars... tase =4 quality of meat=4 quality and amount of fillings (bean, lettuce, onion...) =3 size of...
Read moreI placed an order through Uber eats I specifically requested piece of lime, utensils and salsa because I had order Tacos. I did not get anything except for the piece of lime, I called the restaurant to talk to a supervisor because I just don’t understand what’s so hard about putting things you request in your bag, somebody by the name of Louis answered the phone and argued back-and-forth with me that there was no note for salsa which is common sense even if there was no note because I had ordered tacos “there was a note” I requested to speak to a manager and he told me she had stepped out and would be back until 4 o’clock after I requested to speak to a manager at least seven times during the conversation with Luis.. Luis should put more effort into making sure the order go out properly instead of arguing with a customer taking absolutely no...
