Walked in with my dog, a man behind the bar yelled âHey, there are no animals allowed in hereâ. He did say, I could leave the dog out front. At that point, there was no way I was going to spend money there. Itâs really too bad, he didnât handle this correctly.
I was there three times last summer, and did see a very large dog in the bar dancing with the dogâs owner on the dance floor. If the policy changed, thatâs fine. There was absolutely no need to yell at me across the room. If he was engaged in something important, he could have sent the other person behind the bar to tell me that dogs were not allowed.
Someone needs to brush up on their hospitality and good business...
