Agave and Lime Food Truck — Restaurant in Macomb Township

Normally tacos are reserved for Tuesday, but Agave and Lime came to my subdivision today (Monday) and I decided to live life on the wild side. I asked if I could get 1 of each of the tacos, but they said they didn’t have anymore chicken, so I got steak tacos. Being the glutton that I am, I ordered a bowl too… and chips and salsa…. When I got the food, they said they had just enough chicken to make a chicken taco, so they graciously gave me that in addition to the steak tacos without charging me for the extra taco. The glutton in me rejoiced.

When I got home, I did what anyone would; I turned on a true crime documentary and opened all the food. Portions were great, taste was great, true crime documentary was mediocre. I preferred the chicken taco over the steak, and would get extra truck sauce on the bowl. I’d definitely...

Date night took us to Moravian Park in Sterling Heights. Just one of the many spots you can catch Agave serving up fresh ingredients with bowls, burritos & tacos acting as a host to all these flavorful ingredients.

I love corn, add some jalapeños & that killer truck sauce, this guy is hooked.

The steak quesadilla didn’t disappoint. Gooey cheese melted between crisp tortillas served w a fresh made pico.

The taste of Agave bowl, cilantro lime rice, beans, chicken, steak, pineapple salsa, shredded lettuce, corn & that truck sauce was win for 15$

Everything was fine until I got home and bit into my burrito. Perhaps my ordered was mixed up with the previous order?

I ordered a chicken burrito with the fixings and truck sauce minus lettuce and mango salsa. What I received was a steak and chicken burrito loaded with rice (It did not state anywhere rice comes on the burrito) with lettuce and sauce on what tasted like half of the burrito.

I don't like leaving reviews like this but at $16 a burrito plus a $3 tip I am...
