So at 11:25am, this morning I walked in and I was the only customer in the building. I stood patiently at the counter for a little over 15 minutes, listening to a group of employees, somewhere in the kitchen chatting, and giggling. Another 2 minutes later a woman came jogging out of the back to the drive-thru. I'm still at counter, and still have not been greeted. After the woman in drive-thru was done, she comes to the counter, and abruptly says"Ya, what do you want". At this point I decided I did not want to give my business, to this very nonprofessional establishment. I went to my vehicle and called the store number,to speak to a manager. The person that answered the phone, did not greet me, or even tell me that it was Burger King that I was calling. So I asked if it was, and she rudely answered yes. She asked what the problem was, then I tried to respond, and she starts a conversation with another employee, so I start again, and she blurts out, "If you are going to be rude," she would not talk to me. I asked to have the number to her general manager, and she claimed to be the assistant GM, and said "why what are you going to tell them"? She refused to take the complaint, and refused to give me a contact number for General Manager, or Corporate. Then in the middle of speaking, she just hung up the phone. Very unprofessional, and no way to treat a customer, especially when caught just fooling around, instead of...

It had occurred to me that now the new promotion Burger king sold a chicken parmesan sandwich and therefore they did indeed have the ingredients to make the ultimate sandwich that Burger King has ever made: the Italian chicken sandwich .
I had ordered two chicken sandwiches and we were able to construct it through the excellent help of the front counter worker. I was so that excited I ordered 2 of them!
When I returned home I discovered that 1 of the chicken sandwiches was just an original chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise. Instantly sadness fell over me.
I now had called Burger King to contact the manager Carson. Carson was able to professionally handle the Italian chicken incident, he replaced my order with speed in proficiency, the day was saved, the sandwich was delicious, and Carson was the hero of the day.
The Burger Kingdom certainly needs more subjects...
Read moreWhat I had gotten wasn’t much. There was no one in the lobby and only a handful of cars in the drive thru. What I was upset about was waiting about 10 minutes for a frozen coke and onion rings. I was waiting at the window alone for a solid 7 or 8 minutes. The person behind me in line had actually left and squeezed through just to leave from waiting so long. While waiting at the window, after I paid, another employee came to window and asked me for another total that wasn’t mine. He asked what I had gotten and made sure I got what I paid for and was kind and tried his best to relax even though I know he was stressing out. Overall, I think this location needs to work on speed. I have worked in fast food before so I am aware of what the correct amount of time each order should take from entering into the system, to giving it to...
