Angela's Italian Deli and Bakery — Restaurant in Macomb Township

March 2023 - last couple of times I came here my wife picked up the food. I came in today and very nice woman helped me with my food. I got the sandwich of the week (March 23) and the wolverine. Very good sandwiches and they will fill you up. Next time I need to order lunch meat from them.

December 2021 - very good place to go for sandwiches. I have had 3 from here and the Wolverine is the best, turkey and then Italian. My wife has ordered the cinnamon bread from them. Also very good and you can order some other pastries, donuts and cookies. Thank you for a great lunch!

August 2021 - tried this place for the 1st time and they make a great sandwich. I had the 4th Street Wolverine and my wife had the Blue House Turkey. The sandwich was big and very good. This is an edit to my five star review. I’ve dropped it to three stars because of one issue that is happening all the time. When I go to a bakery ten minutes after they open, I fully expect that they’ll have their full offering of donuts ready to go. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here anymore. I was there this morning at 7:10 am and they only had chocolate glazed and glazed donuts out for sale. I walked out disappointed AGAIN with Mark. I really want to continue giving small local businesses my money, but I’m ready to fire Angela’s and move on to another bakery. It’s really a shame because the quality of the baked goods is second to none. But with me, not having donuts ready when the door is open for business is cause for me to shop my business around. Just stopped in 12-7-24, and got my first Italian Sub from here after reading about it on Facebook all the time. I am glad I did. If you want the best Italian sub around I suggest you stop in here. Not only was the sub fantastic, the whole staff is wonderful and make you feel at home. What a fantastic gem in the city. Thanks to the staff for a great experience and fantastic sub. I will be back. Okay, I have been here 5 times since 12/7/24. That says a lot as I don't normally do this. I am listing the sandwiches I had so far. I know they all say delicious after, but they are. I can’t pinpoint a favorite. Not in order of preference.
