UPDATE:6/19/23 Management has reached out to me via email, they refunded me for the the slushy and the lemon sorbet without me asking for a refund, they were very apologetic and very professional, and they assured me they educated the girl there and they changed the slushy batch and made a new one, that it’s self is good for me to update my 1 star review to 4, I will go back and give them another chance for sure.

I always come to this place and bring my kids and usually the quality is good, I order the lemon sorbet and it tasted like citric acid and ice, I also got the lemon slushy and I was able to get one sip out of it and the rest is ice nothing comes out of the straw, when i tried to complain about the slushy she asked me if I want a spoon, a spoon to eat the ice, I was not expecting to get that type of answer, I will definitely be trying another...

We can’t say enough amazing things about Scoop and Twist! Not only do they serve the best ice cream around, but they also have the biggest hearts for our community. They generously donated ice cream for the Dakota Football team’s annual tailgate, keeping our boys cool on a 90-degree day. We are beyond thankful for their kindness and support—it means so much to all of us! 💙🏈🍦

On top of that, Scoop and Twist is the only place we trust for hard scooped ice cream. As a family with kids who have nut allergies, it’s priceless to know how careful they are. They keep nut and non-nut ice creams completely separate and never use the same scooper. They truly think of everything and everyone, and it shows how much they care.

We literally live up the street and our frequent visitors of scoop and twist. We love the ice cream and the creative things they do during big events or holiday seasons. I just wanted to say that we were there during these blistering hot days that we’ve recently had and could not believe how warm it was in the store. We asked if the air was broken in the employee stated that it wasn’t it’s just that they were not allowed to adjust the settings And that did not sit well with me. We just cannot believe that these great ladies were having to work here all day in the sweltering warmness in the store. we could barely stand it just being there for 15 minutes. Management Team: please ensure that the store has ample air! It was really disheartening to hear and see this.
