Very horrible employees that are very condescending towards customers. You have to say something to them to get an order built when there’s no one inside two employees hiding in the back only one at the front didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to go up to her very condescending. told me I should not come if I’m high, insinuated as to me being high on marijuana, which I don’t smoke just because someone’s voice sounds like that does not give you the right to claim that they’re getting high and does not allow you to say anything about them coming in business that they’re spending money at just because they hate their jobs does not allow them to treat customers like that especially recommending customers don’t come back in if they’re not happy with what they get paid, they should find a new job because they obviously are not good at it. I’m speaking about is one with black teeth I ordered one pretzel from the get-go. I told them that and they seem to be irritated that I’m ordering food, which is what pays there salaries then getting annoyed they made two pretzels even though I wanted one. I was so frustrated with them that I was not even going to try to argue at this time. I’d rather leave a review affecting this location one out of 10 recommendation if there is something closer or even further away from this location, recommend going to the one that’s further and looking through reviews first. Read moreI’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I went to Subway with a valid $6.99 coupon from corporate, which is supposed to be accepted at ALL locations. However, the franchise owner of this location outright refused to honor it, claiming they “don’t follow corporate promotions.” Excuse me? Then why are you even part of the franchise?
The owner was extremely rude and dismissive, treating me as if I was trying to scam them. This is false advertising and completely unprofessional behavior. The whole point of being part of a chain is consistency, yet this owner thinks they can make their own rules and rip off customers.
On top of that, the place was dirty, the vegetables looked old, and the bread was stale. Honestly, I should’ve walked out the moment I saw the conditions of the store. But the real cherry on top was dealing with the attitude of the owner, who clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or Subway’s reputation.

Another customer walk in behind me and she asked him the same question. He said yes. I had already told her what I wanted. Which was a chicken bacon ranch double bacon. I said if you need to help him first that's fine. So I go and use the restroom and I come back she already started making my sandwich and put cheese on it without even asking me what kind of cheese I wanted. So it has cheddar cheese that I didn't want with an ad of pepper jack which I did want.
The guy working with her seemed completely lost like he didn't know what the heck he was supposed to be doing. She told him to go ahead and finish up my order. He never changed his gloves after going from the cash machine. He got my sandwich put on the items I asked for which was great.
