Arby's — Restaurant in Macon

I’m not sure I have ever had a fast food experience this frustrating before. I love arby’s and had a late night craving. I ordered through doordash so I didn’t have to leave my house, thinking that would be the most continent. I ordered one large fry with cheese sauce, two Buffalo chicken sliders with no ranch and a loaded Mac and cheese with no ranch. I got a large fry, no cheese sauce, four Buffalo sliders all with ranch and no Mac and cheese. My husband kindly drive up to arby’s to have the order fixed. The took the receipt back, which had the full order on it, and they brought him back four Buffalo chicken sliders with ranch, still very wrong. He realized as he was leaving, so he turned around and went back to correct them AGAIN. This time they gave him four Buffalo chicken sliders with no ranch, a large fry, and the Mac and cheese, still with ranch on it. Came to the drive thru today 6/17/22 at 7:15pm. Had a coupon. The coupon did NOT reflect on my bill. HOWEVER, after I called the manager (can't remember her name) she VERY KINDLY asked me to return. Not only did she correct my concern. She made me laugh. She made it pleasant for me. To top it off there was only 3 employees (that I seen) and all were ladies and they was busy! (it is Friday lol) The cook came around smiled and asked if everything was ok making sure she did her job correctly without any attitude. I watched the cook ask the manager and the lady at the drive thru if they needed help with anything. This has to be the BEST customer service I've had in Macon YET and I've been here 4 years now! So thank you Arby's on Riverside for making my day so much better just by having AMAZING customer service from the front of house to the back of house. I will be calling corporate to tell them how happy I was with the Arby's in MACON, GA!...

Normally I have a really good experience here but this time it’s different. I didn’t know this, but you have to say what coupon you have before ordering. I haven’t used a coupon in years here so I remember it differently. Order the food and go to the window. It’s this teenage dude at it and he gives me the total. I give him two coupons and my card. Gives me card back and the receipt. Didn’t take anything off and I ask him about it. I ask him why the coupons didn’t take anything off and he asks back what coupons and that I didn’t hand him coupons. I tell him I did and he goes back and says that he can’t change anything because I didn’t say it at the box. I tell him I didn’t know and then ask if I could have them back. He then says that I can’t because he threw them away once I gave them it. I was a little taken aback by it and just nod. He hands me the food and tells me to try and have a nice day. Just a...
