Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Macon

At 12:25pm on a Tuesday, I enter an empty store and place an order. I then ask for the password to the Marcos8294-guest WiFi network so that I can stream my asynchronous video lectures for the graduate program I'm attending while I enjoy my lunch and wait for a friend to finish testing at the AMP center in the same plaza (see review). The gentleman taking my order pleasantly states that guests aren't allowed to use the WiFi "because it can get overloaded."

I quickly survey a restaurant destitute of customers and replied, "But no one else is here." He courteously responded, "Yes, but a lot of people are on the WiFi, and guests aren't allowed to use it because it could mess it up."

Unsure of where the confusion was, I tried clarifying my intentions. "No, I mean that I want to use the guest network, not the private network for the store," I said. "The one that says 'guest'." He shook his head. "I understand, but we have a lot of computers and systems linked to the network, and if we let anybody use it, it won't work."

"But isn't the guest network for guests?"

"It all goes through the same router." It seems that the principles of bandwidth scheduling and network traffic control are foreign to this polite young man, his manager, and/or the individual who almost certainly price gouged Marco's Pizza to set up their faulty network in the first place.

THE WORST i have ever had! after my order was taken i never saw a waiter again! Our waiter obviously had a friend come up outside and she decided to go out side and sit in car “in the front of marcos and smoke several cigarettes “ i had to go get my own condiments, i had to get up and get my own refills, i had to get up and get my own to-go plate, i had to then go and get my own bill bc i was not raised to just walk out on a bill, when i received my bill it was absolutely incorrect and had to go up to counter to get it corrected! i contacted them”MARCOS”several different times to voice my opinion and i have been given the run around the entire time! it has been months and still no response me and my family will never in life eat at this place again! honestly the lowest star i could select is one but i would not even give them that much credit i wish i could choose NO STARS “0” and...

Ordered delivery. Delivery is missing a salad. Called store to see where it is. Store offers credit on next purchase. Politely informed them I want a salad not 10 dollars off. They admitted that they forgot to included it with the delivery. They stated there was nothing else they could do. I drive to get the salad. Was handed the salad thru had originally marked for me. By the time I got it home it was soggy and gross. Tips for management. Make fresh salad when you screw up. Also offer to comp delivery when I have to drive to get my food. Third and unrelated to food. Employees loitering out front with their friend is a bad look. Now that I think about it might explain the service. You might like Marcos just...
