An employee made up a statement that I was rude to her and I have no idea why. The only thing I know is that whomever she answers to, came and found me in the theater and came up to me with a guy and proceeded to tell me that I could not have my bag of food in the theater, which that was fine. I go there on my lunch break all the time. And as I went to throw the bag away. I wondered why management would come approach me with a rudeness about them and I asked her "I said could you have a lil more cordecy with the way you speak to your customers. She replied back and said " like the way you talked to my employee" I asked her what are you talking about ? Being that I honestly still don't know. And the guy with her said " just what she just said" I proceeded to be honest and say I do not know what you are talking about. She said 8 could have you removed. I said that is fine. I don't know honestly if I'll be coming back and bringing my kids back to a place that just goes off of what someone said and is just so rude. However I really don't like going to a place that is so unprofessional anyhow, being that they are always talking about one another, as they talk over their radios in front of their customers. Putting a very poor taste in customers mouths. So I pray for whatever they are going through. But the fact that they treat others like they are benief the employees that lie to management and stand around talking about their own bosses and co workers. Excuse me while I rant but I feel like the management has an type of attitude that if I were to soak to her and him, that they would only call the police. And at this point I will not give them any more of a cause to lie...
Read moreI went to the theater last week to see Dr. Strange in 3D. The theater itself is nice, but my experience was less than stellar. First off, tye movie was supposed to start at 4:30, but the usher told me to go to the theater that stated at 4pm... when I mentioned that the movie had already started there he said that is the theater I need to go to... so I missed the first 5 minutes. If that werent already a problem the projectors were not aligned correctly. Even with the glasses the whole movie was displaying in double. I asked a few other people in the theater if they saw it that way too and everyone said yes. I went to customer service to tell them that they needed to align the projectors and the lady at the desk responded "We've been running the movie all day and no one else has complained"... Having worked in customer service before I can honestly say that I would have been written up for that kind of a response. I hope someone does check the projectors in theater 9 because I dont believe the customer service department will follow up and I am sure many other people will feel that they wasted their money on an effect that they didn't get to experience. So my recommendation is to show up way before the movie starts just in case they move you to a different theater and walk out and complain to a manager if the movie is messed up because the regular customer service will...
Read moreNot for the disabled people who can walk. You have to use a wheelchair if you want to see movies here. They need one movie theater with the most popular movies, that has a DIRECT entrance to the outside and have handicapped parking spots near the door to the theater and have doors like hotels that use a plastic key card so they can get in during the movie and have a bathroom in the movie theater unisex and they can bring you the snacks and drinks you bought online. That's my dream is to pay for the tickets and popcorn and drinks and then they update my door card for the hours of the movie and I just have to get into the movie theater and sit down in a numbered seat and they will come with my food and drinks to accommodate the disabled people. They could require a minimum purchase or a annual membership fee for the special disabled movie theater room. They can have able bodied people sit in the back of the movie theater and the front is reserved for the disabled people. 40% of Americans have some form of disability from mild to severe. They don't have drive thru movies anymore where people could stay in the car during the ENTIRE movie. Please think about adding this to a room at the theater. I don't know if the ADA would allow a annual fee. You could just have a minimum purchase of a ticket, 1 snack and 1 drink to use this movie theater for disability...
