This is the most unpredictable pizza. It is either FABULOUS or barely edible. There are no in betweens. My previous order was for a church event and everyone agreed it was ridiculously good. This order was the exact opposite. The extra cheese and sauce was more like I had ordered less cheese and less sauce. The crust wasn't light and slightly crunchy. It tasted like old dough that didn't rise. The bottom of the pizza wasn't brown, yet the top looked like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours. (Maybe it had been microwaved?) We also ordered a pan cookie. I love cookies, but it was extremely dry and tasted like it was left over from last week. It was so bad that we couldn't eat it. I had to throw away a $7 cookie. We ordered large pizzas so we could have leftovers. Needless to say, we did not keep the leftovers. We wasted a lot of money.

Although, I have frequently provided business at this specific location and never had any issues, last Friday topped the cake. I walked in to place my order and was given a wait time of 30 Minutes the 30 minute wait turned into an almost an hour wait. After receiving one of my pizzas that was severely burnt I spoke with a crew member who told me it would be perfectly fine to bring the pizza back and allow them to remake it. After bringing it back l spoke with the manager who then told me there was nothing she could do about it. After I told her I would contact corporate she then agreed to make a medium one after she spent 10 minutes telling me why she really couldn’t/shouldn’t be making the gesture. Read moreBecause I can’t give a friggin zero!!!!! I placed an order at 6:45pm, online for delivery. At 8:08pm I received an email advising that my order was out for delivery. At 9:17pm I called The store and was advised that my order was sent to doordash for delivery due to lack of drivers, and doordash failed to show up! No one reached out to me to advise. After speaking with a woman about it she placed me on hold for over 25minutes, to tell me at almost 10pm that she can cancel the order and re-ring it. She was unable to provide me with an estimated delivery time. She advised that I was not charged for my order but it is showing charged according to my account. If the location doesn’t have drivers to deliver, delivery should NOT be an option. Also there should be some level of customer service to notify your customer of their order status or lack there of.
