Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Macon

This is the second time I had an issue with an order from Forsyth location. One time they left my food outside with no knock on the door call or anything and it was night. I found the food outside with critters on the box. I called customer service and nothing was ever done about the problem so I had paid for pizza that wasn’t even eatable. This time I ordered and the delivery location is less than 5 minutes from the store. However, it took the driver 15 -20 minutes to arrive my food looked scattered, was cold and the top of the box had sauce on it like the pizza was swinging everywhere in the box or was dropped. I can’t rate the food because I didn’t eat any of it, but the things I saw when picking up the order was horrendous. Firstly, the dough sitting up on the front counter. A customer could easily reach over and touch it, cough on it, anything. Secondly, there was a young lady in the back in eyes view making someone’s pizza. She had NO gloves on. She reached in the cheese, sprinkled it on the pizza, and repeat the cycle. She did wash her hands after placing it into the oven, but who knows what was under her nails or if she had a cut on her hand or anything. I have never eaten at this location,...

I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 cheesy breads for a group of kids that are spending the night. An hour later a guy shows up with 1 pizza with someone else’s name on it. I told him that’s not mine and he said he would go back and get it. Never came back. Now it’s 11:00 and I have a house full of hungry kids. I called the store and they said that they had door dash deliver it so not their problem. Really? I didn’t order it through door dash. I used the papa John’s app. Ended up just asking for a refund.
