Was there at 5p on 9/16/22..No employees in sight. I had to holler out twice before someone said I’ll be there in a minute. She came out with earphones on listening to music. She couldn’t hear me and kept saying huh. I bought 2 ham sandwiches on wheat bread, 2 ham bones, 2 scrap bags, a container of beans and a box of cheesecakes….101$. I get home and the wheat bread was very stale. In fact I tore the crust off and yet it was still stale and hard. When I asked her about ham bones she told me they had none….I asked again and she said two employees were out back smoking and she couldn’t disturb them. The third time I asked her she said oh yes, we have ham bones..duh! If I hadn’t hollered for help I could have helped myself as no one was in the dining room and I stood there for 10 minutes. SMH. It was clear this location needs a serious overhaul in terms of customer service. The off-duty Bibb County Sheriff’s deputy ran the door like he was working at the jail and dealing with inmates. He absolutely does not need to be asked back. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and it’s unlikely I’ll return to this location again in the future. It's unfortunate because Honey Baked Ham is known for great products, but the overall experience here completely...

He finally asked me what I wanted and I told him. A second worker comes from the back and just puts her gloves on without washing her hands. Now I worked at Shake Shack and we couldn’t even look at our gloves too long and the manager would advise to to change your gloves. This lady came from the back doing gods know what and just slipped her hands in the gloves. Just for the customers peace of mind, you should always wash ur hands especially when you have a visible sink. I immediately walked out. Hope they do better. I could have been an undercover health inspector or secret...
