Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Macon

On Sunday May 5th I went through the drive-thru and purchased one medium sized Royal cheesecake Blizzard with extra strawberries and one small sundae with extra strawberries paying a total of $9.05 after taxes. After getting to the drive-through pay my money discarding my receipt and trusting that my order was right as this was not my first time going to this particular Dairy Queen. I always go to this Dairy Queen because of the service and the convenience it is to my house. I get home and decide to eat my ice cream before bed. Which of course is after 10 p.m. and I find that my medium blizzard is not a royal cheesecake with extra strawberries at all it is completely full of nuts maybe walnuts pecans but there was no sign of cheesecake in there whatsoever being very aggravated upset and frustrated because I had my mouth and my taste buds up for a royal cheesecake Blizzard with extra strawberries that I did not receive... I call the location a little after 3 p.m. on Monday May 6th speaking with the manager on duty which heard my complaint took down my name and my number and said that the night manager would give me a call a little after 5:30 p.m. I never received a call from the manager I ended up calling the facility back and was told pretty much that my order cannot be replaced or what not because I did not have the receipt or have the product. Of course I did not have the product after being so upset I completely washed the blizzard down the sink and entrusting that my product is always right because I always go to this particular Dairy Queen and never had an issue with this particular Dairy Queen at all I didn't feel the need to keep a receipt that I paid cash for again $9.05 so I literally drained half of my order like down the sink and very upset the morning manager who I spoke with was very polite thank you so much Miss Contessa I think that was your name thank you for your politeness but I would not be to this particular Dairy Queen anymore I would drive on the other side of town to log cabin or on Bass Road Road if I have to get a Dairy Queen but the Dairy Queen on Forsyth would not be getting my service anymore and if I could put a zero-star on here I would definitely rated as a 0 * for customer service again I had my mind my mouth tuned for a strawberry Royal Cup cheesecake blizzard with extra strawberries and did not get...

They forgot one of the burgers with my order and I didn't realize it until I was about a mile down the street after I had already given my kids their food. When I went back to get My burger that wasn't put in the bag and clearly was on the receipt. They wanted me to give them all the food back, while my kids had already started eating. I retrived the food from my kids and then I requested a refund after that and they refused to give me my money back after they took all the food back. So yeah I never got my money back and by kids didn't even get a full meal because Diary Queen wanted the food back. They threaten to call the police after that and at the time I was almost late for work so I just ended up leaving. Terrible policies awful service. They had to have an extra burger in there cause they make...

Downgraded: Got the worst chicken sandwich ever. When i requested a replacement, i was denied. It was explained to me however that i should have brought ot back immediately, and the chicken tiket is now a chicken strip fil a. Had i known that, i would not have ordered a chicken filet. The strips were hard and difficult to chew, but i ate it. I still will eat there, but i will not order that item. Upgraded from 4 stars to 5 stars on 3/4/2021... Super hot french fries and 3 good double cheeseburgers on 3 consecutive visits plus ice cream...5 stars! Bravo! prior rating 4 stars.... I have eaten here twice and enjoyed it both times.
