Panda Express — Restaurant in Madera

First thing I order broccoli beef they had me something that looks burnt and very old he said oh won't get you some new stuff I said no thank you that orange chicken fried rice absolutely no taste no sauce packets I'll highly recommend finding another place to go. The food here is mediocre and this building inside is so cold feels like a morgue. You sit down to eat within 10 minutes; your food is cold. It's a good thing I did not bring my grandbaby here she would've froze. Panda has to do better on their entrée portions you're basically paying for the noodles and rice.Panda recently raised it's prices and now gives you smaller portions. Also, the chain already charges me extra for it's coconut shrimp, but now has shrunk that portion too. The decline in service might be caused by the lack of available people to work. Not something I think any restaurant could avoid! The decline in food portions and the lack of taste is something I think they could remedy! I for one have given up on them! I typically don't leave bad reviews but it's more than a coincidence that Every Single Time that I go to Panda Express here in Madera that I always tell myself that I should have eaten elsewhere. It always feels unwelcoming at Panda Express, and the Drive Thru is 2x worse than going inside. Employees are not very friendly at all except when they ask you to donate more money to some unknown charity when paying. Food is Good to OK but I think it's the people working that ruin the appetite and taste. The employee was super stingy on sweet and sour sauce, as always, and now it comes in ketchup style packets, which is weird , IMO. I was given 3 packets for my 2 item plate plus order of 3 Cream Cheese Rangoons. The mannar in which they give your food to you is rushed and absolute, I didn't even want to ask for a couple more packets. They told me they don't carry Chinese hot mustard anymore either. It will likely be at least a year or three until I come back if I ever do. If eating out I will definitely choose to go somewhere welcoming to enjoy or take out a meal. I came here to ask about my application that I had submitted for a job. One of the workers took down my name and asked me to come the next day at 4:00 pm for an interview. I arrived the next day for an interview at 3:50 pm, I told one of the workers that I was here for an interview and they told me to have a seat. It was 4:05 PM and a manager hadn't appeared. I had figured they could've been running late so I remained patient for a while. It was 4:40 pm and I finally decided to ask again after 40 minutes of no manager appearance; I was told the manager had gotten behind on something but was on the way. Finally at 5:02 my interview began, the "manager" appeared to be a young lady, no apologies or nothing said. The interview began and I noticed she was speeding through the questions, I began to talk and she immediately cut me off with the next question. The interview ended at 5:11 and she said she would "get in touch soon" yet she didn't even take my name down.
