Crumbl — Restaurant in Madera

Well taste is great. But add the cream to the full cookie!! This was sad since I was truly enjoying it but it just needs the cream to be spread evenly…. Not at all like it was advertised :(

Edit to add on to this- came in again tonight and a chubby girl with piercings “helped me out” today. I had made an order once again for curbside pick up. Waited and no one came. Went inside and she was super rude. I tried to make small talk with her but she didn’t care to answer. She already had my cookies ready but was too lazy to come out to give me them. What is wrong with crumbl? You are new here, try better to keep your customers. I made a complaint before and never heard back from anyone so yea they 100%...

First time eating these big cookies and they were delicious. Some of the frosting and cookie itself were a little too sweet for my taste but the size and texture of the cookie were spot on. I picked up my cookies curbside as well for my first time and the wait was less than 5 minutes. The only downside from that is that the employee did not greet me nor did she smile or say your welcome to me after she handed me my cookies. Very rude staff member and no customer service quality at all. Other than that cookies were amazing and can’t wait to try...

Disappointed with this week's Cookies, The Kentucky butter cake cookie was under baked. The animal circus cookie was super big & just a small circle of frosting in the middle.
